St. Augustine Vacations is a small family business, and we feel it's our duty to provide you with the clearest idea of exactly what you're going to pay for your vacation. We feel we're more than competitive with anyone else out there, so we're completely open with our prices. We'll never charge you a dime more than we say--never any hidden fees, surprise last minute costs, or other such nonsense.
The following rates and special deals apply through December 2010:
Longer than one week rentals: We offer significant savings to any renters willing to take more than one week at the beach in any of our properties. For every week after your first, we'll shave 25% off the top! For our monthly renters (which we calculate as four weeks from Saturday to Saturday), we'll give you the fourth week at 50% off. Let's say that Jacques Cousteau comes back to us for one last seaside vacation and wants our beautiful Beach and Tennis condo in the off-season (regularly $600 per week). Two weeks will run him $1050 (before the $125 cleaning and the 9% tax). Three weeks will cost $1500. And four weeks is only $1800. These specials apply to all times except for our very busiest months of March, April, June, July and August.
Holiday rates and policies: We do charge extra for high-demand times of the year. Part of this is, of course, to fund the outrageously high prices of our web-designer (wait, that's me--and I get firm handshakes as payment!), but we also figure that we can pass on our savings in deals like those above. So the following weeks are subject to different rates:
Thanksgiving -- Saturday Nov. 20th to Saturday Nov. 27th (or Sunday to Sunday, Monday to Monday, we're flexible on this). This week is figured at high-season rates.
Christmas/New Years -- This year we're going to be more flexible on the start and end dates of these two weeks since both days fall on a Saturday. We'll rent from a weekday to a weekday (Monday to Monday, Thursday to Thursday for example--Friday excluded) to give holiday renters a full weekend. Both these weeks will run at high-season rates.
St. Valentine's Day -- Saturday Feb. 12th to Saturday Feb. 19th. This week will run at high-season rates.
First week in April -- Our most popular week of the year for family spring break! Saturday April 2nd to Saturday April 9th. This week will run at 25% over high-season rates.
June and July -- These months typically book solid as far back as February. Saturday May 28th to Saturday July 30th. These weeks will run at 10% over high-season rates.
